Our position

Close to the equipment. Accountable to the project.

Founded in August 2023, Shanghai Boruimei Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. develops and supplies equipment across seven food-processing categories. Our role is to turn a production requirement into an equipment configuration that can be built, delivered and put into operation.

We work with manufacturing partners worldwide and represent selected European and American suppliers in China. For overseas buyers sourcing here, we bring supplier coordination, inspection, export documentation and freight planning into one accountable project channel.

How we work

Three principles behind the project plan

Every project is managed around technical clarity, accountable execution and the handover details that make exported equipment easier to receive.

  1. 01

    Technical judgement

Let the product, process and operating environment guide the equipment choice β€” not the catalogue alone.

  2. 02

    Responsible execution

Treat specification, quality checks, documentation and delivery as connected parts of the same commitment.

  3. 03

    Long-term partnership

Communicate directly, respond to operating issues and use project feedback to improve the next solution.

Operating model

How a project moves through Boruimei

Seven checkpoints keep commercial decisions, engineering work and delivery responsibilities aligned from the first brief to the operating line.

Discuss a project
  1. 01

    Production Brief

Define the product, target output, process, hygiene requirements, utilities, site constraints and commercial priorities.

  2. 02

    Process & Line Design

Translate the brief into a process route, equipment configuration, preliminary layout, specification and commercial proposal.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing Coordination

Coordinate fabrication, assembly and schedule against the agreed drawings and technical requirements.

  4. 04

    Inspection & Validation

Check critical components, workmanship, safety functions and operating performance before release.

  5. 05

    Export & Delivery

Prepare documentation and coordinate packing, customs, freight and delivery milestones for the destination site.

  6. 06

    Installation & Acceptance

Support installation, commissioning, operator handover and acceptance against the agreed criteria.

  7. 07

    Lifecycle Support

Respond to operating issues, supply technical guidance and use field feedback to improve future solutions.
